The information collected in this form is for the purpose of service delivery and may be used or accessed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. By providing information in this registration, inferred consent is deemed given and team captains may receive promotional material relevant to sports leagues from YMCA Auckland in accordance with the code of conduct maybe banned from participation in YMCA sports leagues or YMCA premises. Participation is subject to payment of fees before leagues begins. Default of games does not exempt payment. YMCA is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items whilst on YMCA premises or participating in YMCA Sports Leagues. Overdue balances maybe reffered to a debt collection agency. The customer, including any solicitor's fees and/or debt collection agency fees, shall pay any any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by YMCA of Auckland Inc. in enforcement of any rights contained in this contract.
